It is illegal to use a non-PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulation Authority) registered company and officers. FBS Security Services is fully registered and compliant with PSIRA and the Security Sector’s regulations. We are also members of SASA (Security Association of South Africa) and SSEO (Security Services Employers Organisation) and a service provider of Nevetec Police Clearance ( Ideco non – criminal clearance).

Our approach to security services
Our network of experienced managers and supervisors has a hands-on approach to managing FBS Securtiy’s operations. Frequent contact with our clients, constant site monitoring and regular site inspections by custom-trained area managers ensure effective operational supervision and integrated security services.
Monthly or weekly meetings with clients, incident management, consulting and risk analysis, investigations and immediate response form part of our offering.
We also believe in the continuous evaluation of our staff on and off site. To encourage personal and professional growth, all staff is evaluated on a quarterly basis. Outstanding achievements and efforts are recognised and rewarded with performance bonuses or gift vouchers based on a point system.
